Z’s Steak & Chop Haus at Zermatt Utah is a European-style prime steakhouse proudly serving only the finest cuts of local prime-aged steaks (when available), chops, seafood and European-style menu items — try our signature dishes such as Bone-In Ribeye and Crème Brûlée.
Our steaks and chops are simply seasoned with Utah’s Redmond Sea Salt and cracked black pepper and cooked to order in a broiler reaching 1800° F, searing the outside while locking in the delicious, natural juices.
