Here at Riggatti’s we specialize in hand-tossed, artisan, wood-fired pizza. We make our own dough and sauce fresh daily. Our dough is patterned after the Neapolitan style (nice and crispy on the bottom, but soft and chewy in the middle).
We do have some different bottled beer options at our St. George location but we do not currently offer tap beer. Our Washington location does not have any beer options because we are too close to a city park and Utah law does not allow it
